Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:I respectfully request a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling notice so I can fill that time spot with another client. I do understand that life can be crazy so if clients cancel with less than 12 hours notice there will be a last minute rescheduling fee of $20 that will apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
If clients change their service appointments ( ie: scheduled color to just a haircut) the same fee will apply with less than 12 hours notice
If clients are 15 minutes late with no communication with me you will be considered a NO-SHOW and same rescheduling fee applies before you can book any future appointments. All deposits/fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

REFUND/RE-DO POLICY: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact me within 7 days of the appointment. There are no refunds, however, I will have you come come back to determine what kind of adjustments can be done to the hair.
